Todd JudkinsIn this short installment of Re-ignite: Power Edition, I invite you to explore the power of having a morning routine.  Typically, morning is one of two parts of the day you control.

Morning is especially critical because it is in this magic window that we can work our body through exercise and build a mindset shield through meditation, mindfulness, goal setting, and intention setting.  This is why there is power in the morning routine.

Every successful person has a morning routine that set their mood for the day and empowers them to focus and achieve clarity, creativity, and determination.

What special mourning routine do you have?

I wake every morning and in that special time between being asleep and being awake allow my conscious and subconscious mind to join.  This is only last for seconds to minutes, but it is here where I set my big picture intention.

After that, I work out, practice sound meditation, and perform some function to set the particulars of my desires throughout the day.
