Your goals or outcomes are nothing more than compounded habits.  There are things we know that if we can stop doing we will improve our lives.

Break the habits that are not making you a better version of yourself. For things to change you have to change.  For things to get better you have to get better.

Then, all your results will improve around you!

You are responsible for your life.  Don’t sit around and expect someone to rush in and save you.  Only you have the power to take responsibility to move your life forward.

You have to create yourself, in fact, no one else is going to create you.

Everybody has got to start somewhere and it’s up to you to take responsibility for yourself and say I’ve got to go out there and build myself brick by brick, skill by skill.

Grow your mini good habits into habits that you don’t even need to think about.  Want an easy place to start?  When you first get up in the morning, make your bed.

You will have accomplished the first task of the day.  When you do this, it makes the next task easier to accomplish.  The little things in life matter.   If we can’t do the little things in life, you’ll never be able to do the big things.

Now, life isn’t going to be fair and you are going to fail.  But if you stare down the bullies, fight through the failures, and step up to life’s challenge. And above all never ever give up, I promise your life will only go in one direction and that’s the path you’ve chosen.

Nothing will change for the better until you do. You have the time, so if you too tired after work, binge-watching Netflix, or play video games.  It’s not the economy, it’s not your job, it’s you!

Just quit doing the wrong things now, because You know deep inside that what you are doing is not right.

The secret of achievement will be determined by your daily actions.  What you want to have tomorrow you have to earn today.

What are your daily habits and are they empowering your goals?  Are you being consistent?

Are you really working hard towards those goals?  Success leaves footprints, those footprints are the accumulation of your habits.

What footprints are you leaving to realizing your goals?

Remember, good habits are hard to form but easy to live with.  While bad habits are easy to form but hard to live with.  Don’t try to break new habits, these are already imprinted in your brain.

The only way to you can break a bad habit is to replace it with a good habit.

You need to muster the initial energy like a space craft defying gravity at take-off and soaring into orbit.

Make a plan.  Be discipline every day about executing your plan and you will achieve well beyond your wildest dreams.

As Walt Disney said, if you can dream it you can do it.  It’s time to make your dreams come true.  Don’t think about your limits, focus on building good habits and make them your master, and soar to your dreams.
