PHOTOGRAPHER & CINEMATOGRAPHER

Hi, I’m Todd Judkins, a photographer and cinematographer based in the desert Southwest. I create photographs and films designed to do more than capture what something looks like—they preserve a moment, tell a story, and create something worth experiencing again.

My work centers on fine-art photography, portraiture, and commissioned photography and filmmaking. I create limited fine-art photographs for homes, offices, and other spaces; portrait experiences designed around a finished physical piece that can become a family heirloom; and custom photography and video projects for individuals, artists, businesses, and organizations with a story to tell.

The Southwest has been my home and creative inspiration for more than two decades. I’ve explored its deserts, mountains, coastlines, and remote landscapes on foot and through the lens, drawn to the extraordinary light, scale, color, and character of the American West. Those experiences have shaped how I approach all of my work—looking beyond the obvious image to find the atmosphere, emotion, and story within it.

While the Southwest remains at the heart of my photography, my work isn’t limited by geography. Wherever there is a person, place, idea, or story worth capturing, I’m interested in exploring what we can create.

If you’re looking for a distinctive fine-art photograph, want to create a portrait that will live on your wall rather than disappear into your phone, or have a photography or filmmaking project you’d like to discuss, I’d like to hear about it. Tell me what you have in mind, and let’s create something worth keeping.

Traveling is my gateway to storytelling, capturing life’s most vibrant moments through the lens of a camera. It’s my way of sharing the profound joy and raw beauty of nature—something no AI can ever truly replicate. This is my calling.

In a world where digital images are endlessly curated and swiftly scrolled past, I invite you to pause. Let’s reconnect with the world as it was meant to be seen, felt, and cherished—in the timeless beauty of a physical print. Together, let’s celebrate the authentic splendor of nature and the stories it inspires.
